NOTE: USPS and FEDEX often have shipping delays out of our control especially during busy times.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/CANCELLATION POLICY?
Unfortunately we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the wrong coffee was shipped or you receive a damaged bag (unrelated to shipping damages). If your coffee is delayed due to shipping carrier issues, we cannot ship more coffee until the carrier confirms a package is lost. This is especially true when buying coffee with a discount code.
WHAT IF MY COFFEE IS LOST/DAMAGED?
Fedex and USPS require you (the customer) to file a claim if tracking shows the package was delivered but you did not receive it. The carrier sends you a reimbursement if they accept responsibility. This is the carrier's policy, not Barefoot's; any claim we file will be rejected since we are not the recipient.
If your package was damaged during shipping, the carriers require you (the customer) to make a claim.
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING INSURANCE?
If you select Standard Flat Shipping with Insurance, then Barefoot will re-ship your order if Fedex or USPS do not take responsibility.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
USPS Priority Mail ships in 1-5 business days depending on where in the country you live. Please note we do not control shipping times and USPS is not always reliable even when it says "1 day shipping".
WHEN WILL MY COFFEE BE SHIPPED?
Orders received by 3pm PST will typically ship within the next 2 roast days. Heavy roast volume may cause delays. Orders received Friday-Sunday will ship on Monday or Tuesday (unless there's a holiday). Depending on our roasted coffee availability, we may be able to ship orders on a Friday.
