Since 2003, Barefoot Coffee Roasters has developed and operated award-winning company-owned cafes. In addition, we have helped restaurants, cafes, universities and offices navigate the complexities of opening a cafe. We have saved customers thousands of dollars by ensuring they purchase the right equipment at reasonable prices. 

From purchasing equipment and developing space plans to creating menus and training employees, our consulting services are led by co-owner Jon Dolin. Since Jon took over leadership of Barefoot in 2012, he has helped numerous customers save time and money while optimizing their operations. Jon has a JD/MBA and spent several years working on Wall Street prior to working in coffee.
