WHAT IS YOUR ROAST SCHEDULE?

We roast to order Monday-Thursday. 

WHEN WILL MY COFFEE BE ROASTED?

Orders received by 7:30am PST Monday-Thursday will roast/ship that day. Orders received after that time will roast/ship the following roast day. So any orders received after 7:30am PST on a Thursday will roast/ship on Monday. From time to time we have some extra coffee and will be able to ship after the cutoff time but there are no guarantees.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

USPS Priority Mail ships in 2-3 business days depending on where in the country you live. Please note we do not control shipping times and USPS is not always reliable.

HOW LONG WILL MY COFFEE BE FRESH?

Our beans are shipped in heat sealed bags to maximize freshness. Once opened, the beans will be fresh for at least 2 weeks. After that time the beans begin to lose some of the complexities unless stored properly in an Airscape container. Please remember to grind right before brewing. 

HOW SHOULD I STORE MY COFFEE?

Light and oxygen are enemies to coffee beans. You can lengthen the freshness by using an Airscape container. Otherwise, store in a cool, dark place and not in the freezer or refrigerator since coffee will absorb flavors around it.

ARE OILY BEANS GOOD?

No! Oils should be on the inside of the bean, otherwise they become rancid. Oily coffee typically is the result of over-roasted coffee. Fresh, properly roasted coffee will look dry, not oily or shiny.  

DO YOU SELL GREEN BEANS?

Yes! From time to time we offer for sale on our website.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/CANCELATION POLICY?
Unfortunately we do not offer returns unless the wrong coffee was shipped. Once a subscription is processed, we cannot refund money. 

DO YOU SELL IN LARGER QUANTITIES THAN 12 OUNCE BAGS?

Yes! We offer roasted beans in 5lb bulk bags.
