Oscar Daza and his family have been growing coffee at La Pradera for more than 60 years. In addition to coffee, La Pradera produces sugarcane, citrus, and plantains. The Daza family offers housing for temporary workers, and invested in a self-contained water purification system for drinking, irrigation, and processing. Pradera is equipped with solar dryers for more sustainability.
While Sr. Daza’s coffee is a little lower in acidity, the cup bursts with ripe fruit flavors.
