Our Certified Fair Trade Organic Bird Friendly varietal is from the San Juan del Rio Coco region of Nicaragua.
Cup Characteristics: Almonds-Caramel-Citrus. Vanilla and cinnamon in the dry aroma, followed by sweet citrus notes and caramel undertones. Medium bodied with a nutty cocoa like finish.
We are proud that most of our other coffees are de facto organic. The farms we source from are so small they cannot afford to get organic certification.
