DRIP TASTING GUIDE

Roast Profile - We roast lighter to highlight origin and extract the
amazing natural flavors found in our beans. Did you know light
coffee has more caffeine and complexities than dark? 
Sweeteners - We recommend drinking coffee black to taste the
nuances and flavors. Cream and sweeteners typically do not go
well with Fruited and Bright coffees.  

How to Choose - If you enjoy rich flavors with heavy bodies
choose our Nutty and Chocolaty coffees.  For more depth and
complexity, choose Bright, Fruited and Complex.
