Farm Info:

This is a special micro-lot from Diego de La Cerda and El Socorro that has won multiple awards in the past. All of El Socorro’s coffees are unique and complex and this Palo Blanco has set the standard in mind blowingly good coffees so we are extremely excited to have gotten this Micro-Lot.

This Palo Blanco is from one day’s partida (picking) that Diego called his favorite. So it was it separated and processed individually and then prepped and marked. When we cupped it, boy was it amazing!  Gobs of juicy mouthwatering goodness. Asian pear and green apple acidity balanced by thick toffee notes only add to the volume and depth of this offering. So we suggest you make yourself a cup, put on some headphones and just sit back and sip.
